About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for replenishment, restocking, and organizing products on shelves and islands in the Refrigerated Department; ensuring correct pricing while adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product range (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets through replenishment, restocking, and organizing products on shelves and islands, applying correct pricing while complying with procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thus ensuring and enhancing integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product range (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction by properly storing items on shelves and islands, in the warehouse, refrigerated chambers, and frozen chambers; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleanliness of the department; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out); and complying with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre-established standards; Monitor and maintain standard frozen chamber temperature, following established rules and standards, performing daily monitoring and maintaining records accordingly; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns/exchanges; Ensure and maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
