We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build a career and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive and analyze the initial nesting study and compare it against the fabric to be used; Conduct fabric utilization studies using proprietary software to minimize material waste; Plot full and mini nestings in the required number of plies to complete the production order and deliver them to the Cutting Department; Assist in analyzing sample and production piece data; Develop patterns under supervision and perform adjustments as guided; Participate in the initial nesting study during the cutting process, performing calculations and utilizing software resources under supervision; Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Completed undergraduate degree; Relevant work experience; Experience in the textile industry; Knowledge of tailoring, sewing, and pattern design software (Lectra or similar). **Additional Information** On\-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy discount program, meal allowance, health insurance, attendance bonus, and life insurance.
