We’re eagerly awaiting your arrival! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support infrastructure operations and technical assistance, ensuring environment stability, security, and availability; * Provide support for Windows and Linux workstations, including formatting, reinstallation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operating systems, drivers, corporate software, and connectivity; * Perform basic hardware maintenance, conducting diagnostics, tests, and component replacement when necessary; * Support basic server and service administration, including Active Directory routines (user/group creation and adjustments, permissions) and support for Windows Server environments; * Conduct basic network validations, such as connectivity, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, latency, and cabling, as well as support for known firewall, switch, and networking equipment configurations; * Support cloud and identity-related activities, such as Azure AD and Microsoft 365 account creation and administration, permission adjustments, and support for backup and security routines; * Provide support for corporate mobile devices, including enrollment, policy management, and troubleshooting using MDM tools (e.g., SOTI MobiControl); * Log all support requests and activities in an ITSM tool (e.g., Jira, GLPI), maintain updated technical documentation, and collaborate with internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, SAP, DevOps, RPA); * Execute IT operational routines, such as equipment inventory, rack organization, and minor infrastructure interventions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Operational knowledge of Windows Workstation and Linux Workstation; * Familiarity with Active Directory, including basic user/group management and permissions; * Fundamentals of computer networking (IP, gateway, DNS, ping, tracert, and basic VLANs); * Familiarity with firewalls (FortiGate or Mikrotik), including simple rules, NAT, and objects; * Basic administration of Microsoft 365 (account creation, licensing, and email boxes); * Introductory knowledge of Windows Server (roles, features, logs, and permissions); * Experience or familiarity with hardware maintenance, including diagnostics and component replacement; * Familiarity with Azure AD, identity, and access control. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Flexible schedule to be agreed upon. * **At Cantu INC, you’ll enjoy these benefits:** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * On-site cafeteria; * Fuel allowance or transportation benefit; * TotalPass; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy credit; * Life insurance; * Discount on product purchases; * In-house English classes (per company policy); * Education assistance (per company policy); * Expertires (our training platform); * New Value (corporate benefits club); * “Refer a Friend” program; * Laboral; * “Talk to Me” program (psychological support); * Zenklub platform – emotional health and wellbeing support; * Partnership with Petlove – pet benefits; PPR (per company policy – requires at least 6 months of registration in the payment year). * * **Inclusive opportunity also available for people with disabilities.** We are the technology and logistics platform enabling comprehensive tire solutions—guiding buyers and supporting sellers.
