Team and vendor management **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** " Global Multinational Leader in the Dairy Products Sector " **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation (SSC) processes and teams; Conduct high-volume, critical operations (payroll, benefits, invoices, and reconciliations). Ensure strict execution of critical SSC routines, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and adherence to strategic deadlines; Coordinate vendor management, contracts, file exchanges, and systemic integrations essential to operations. Take a proactive role in reviewing, standardizing, and continuously improving processes by implementing solutions that enhance departmental efficiency **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Personnel Administration routines; Experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) (preferred). Experience with SENIOR system and HR modules (desirable); Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory); Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; Experience managing teams. Basic understanding of accounting and financial management applied to HR. Intermediate/advanced English for meetings and communication with external stakeholders.
