**Responsibilities and Duties** Termination Processes: Conduct the entire termination process, from initiation to final documentation; Severance Calculations: Accurately calculate severance entitlements (vacation pay, 13th salary, notice period, final salary balance); Documentation and Compliance: Issue the Employment Termination Agreement (TRCT), FGTS and unemployment insurance forms, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines; Employee Support: Clarify employee questions regarding severance entitlements and provide empathetic, humanized support during termination; System Management: Update information in the payroll and eSocial systems; Homologation: Perform union or internal homologation, when required. **Requirements** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields; Practical knowledge of labor legislation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience with the Senior system will be considered an advantage; Strong organizational and time management skills; Attention to detail; Discretion, confidentiality, and ethics; Good interpersonal communication skills; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity, and all positions are open to people with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$4.200,00 \- R$4.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Do you have experience with the Senior system?
