Job Summary: Responsible for replenishing, restocking, and organizing products in the FLV department, ensuring product quality and presentation to customers while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Focus on product integrity, quality, and optimal presentation. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supplying, restocking, and organizing products on FLV department gondolas and islands; ensuring correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by replenishing, restocking, and organizing products on gondolas and islands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on gondolas and islands, in the warehouse, and in cold chambers; maintaining department organization, cleaning, and sanitation; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principle; and adhering to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety regulations, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as products with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, as well as that of equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate Flexible availability for work hours; **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Rua Hermann Tribess, 1026 \- Tribess, Blumenau \- SC, 89057\-300 **Work Schedule:** 14:00 15:00 16:00 22:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
