Job Summary: Civil Engineering Assistant to support the management and execution of construction projects of high standards, ideal for professionals in the final stage of their undergraduate studies or recent graduates with field experience. Provide daily support to the engineering team. **FG Empreendimentos**, a leading company in the civil construction sector in Balneário Camboriú and a national reference in high-standard projects, is hiring a **Civil Engineering Assistant** to join its construction team for the Scenarium Tower, located at **Praia Brava** in **Itajaí**. We seek a professional in the final stage of their undergraduate studies or recently graduated, with field experience, an analytical mindset, and a strong sense of technical responsibility, to support the management and execution of construction works. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in monitoring daily construction activities, supporting schedule compliance; * Support on-site inspections, verifying progress of works according to engineering instructions; * Assist in measurement control and data collection for technical reports; * Support schedule control and updating in MS Project; * Contribute to the organization of technical documents and construction records; * Support communication among the engineering team, suppliers, and operational teams; * Assist in monitoring quality and safety standards on site, under supervision; * Provide daily technical support to the engineering team in resolving routine technical issues. **Requirements:** * Currently in the final stage of a Civil Engineering undergraduate program or recently graduated; * Prior field experience on construction sites; * Knowledge of reading and monitoring project schedules; * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel; **IMPORTANT INFORMATION!** ***This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PwD)*** **Employment Type**: CLT **Work Model**: 100% on-site position in **Itajaí/SC**. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 17:33. **Benefits/Facilities – CLT:** Meal Allowance – BRL 38.18 per working day (Available via Pluxee Brasil Card) – no payroll deduction; Transportation Allowance via Viação Praiana (Optional, with 6% payroll deduction); Unimed Health Plan – APS Regional (optional) – Available after 3 months of probation.
