If you seek a place to grow, learn, and truly contribute, this is your space! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assemble mechanical panels, including drilling, fastening, and installing sheets, DIN rails, cable trays, mounting plates, and supports, according to layout and project drawings; * Inform the assembly supervisor immediately upon identifying questions, inconsistencies, or the need for project adjustments; * Maintain tools, materials, and the workplace organized, following safety regulations and internal procedures; * Conduct visual inspections of mechanical and electrical assemblies, verifying fastenings, connections, and organization, and reporting discrepancies when identified; * Assist in installing and connecting busbars, as per project specifications and guidance from the busbar specialist or supervisor; * Route, organize, connect, and label cables, performing terminal crimping and applying wire markers according to the electrical diagram; * Perform electrical assembly according to diagrams, installing circuit breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, power supplies, inverters, and other electrical components; * Install and secure components such as enclosures, supports, cable trays, and accessories using hand and power tools. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Ability to perform basic assembly of electrical components and subassemblies according to work instructions; * Ability to use simple hand tools following safety guidelines and standards; * Ability to identify basic components using lists or visual instructions; * Ability to follow production orders and simple checklists; * Ability to read project drawings; * Basic knowledge of workstation organization and good assembly practices. **BENEFITS:** * **Meal Voucher** – To ensure energy throughout your day. * **Transportation Voucher** – Commute to and from work with greater ease. * **Parking** – Convenience for those arriving by car. * **On-site Cafeteria** – Practicality and comfort during meals. * **Coffee Break** – A moment to relax and connect with your team. * **Health Plan (Bradesco)** – For physical and mental well-being. * **Dental Plan** – A healthy smile and complete well-being. * **Life Insurance** – Peace of mind at no additional cost. * **Birthday Day Off** – One day off during your birthday month to celebrate your way! * **Profit Sharing Program (PPR)** – Based on company performance. * **CDL and ACIB Partnerships** – Discounts on local courses and services. * **Sesi Pharmacy Partnership** – Greater savings and convenience for daily care. * **Psychologist Partnership** – Support for mental health and well-being. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM to 5:18 PM. * Friday: 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM. * This is an **on-site position** in **Blumenau**, Itoupavazinha neighborhood. **INCLUSION** We value diversity!
