A textile manufacturing company is seeking a Billing Assistant in Blumenau (Bom Retiro). Eurofios is a company specialized in the manufacturing and commercialization of electrical wires and cables. Focused on quality and innovation, it serves various sectors of industry and civil construction. **Responsibilities:** Issue fiscal invoices for products and/or services according to orders and contracts. Verify correct tax assessment for taxes such as ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, and COFINS, among others. Review sales orders, amounts, customer data, and commercial terms prior to invoice issuance. Maintain contact with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Accounting departments to align information. Perform invoice cancellations and corrections when necessary. Control and organize issued fiscal documents. Monitor billing deadlines and ensure adherence to schedules. Support the generation of managerial reports for the department. Attend internal and external audits by providing related information and documents. Stay updated on applicable tax legislation. Previous experience as a Billing Analyst, Collections Assistant, Financial Assistant, or Billing Coordinator may indicate familiarity with some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
