




Job Summary: The professional will assist in the preparation of breads, savory snacks, and doughs, handling ingredients, organizing products, serving customers, and contributing to bakery production and sales. With multifamily administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the preparation of breads, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, maintaining them organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers by offering products and clarifying doubts, in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display, as well as providing personalized counter service to customers, including guidance on product types and derivatives when necessary, preparing, packaging, weighing, and delivering products to customers; Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery’s product mix), including baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established goals; Support efficient customer service through continuous restocking of product display counters and correct pricing, following pre\-established rules and standards; Promote increased sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and customer relationship building; Contribute to loss reduction by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (first in, first out) and producing forecasted quantities following schedules, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices, performing daily checks, and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or lacking identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, equipment, and utensils by adhering to daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in\-person position **Work location:** Hermann Tribess Street, 1026 \- Tribess, Blumenau \- SC, 89057\-300 **Working hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Stores Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities
