Opportunity for growth in a dynamic and challenging environment **If you are goal-driven, this position is for you!** Inspire Home is looking for **Sales Assistants** with attitude, energy, and a modern mindset to join our commercial team. **Main Responsibilities** * Providing personalized and consultative service to customers; * Understanding customer needs and recommending optimal solutions in decorative lighting; * Conducting negotiations and closing sales; * Tracking orders, managing after-sales support, and ensuring customer retention; * Organizing customer interactions and follow-ups via CRM and digital channels; **Requirements** * Minimum 1–5 years of experience in consultative sales; * Experience with mid-to-high-ticket products; * Prior experience in premium segments (e.g., decoration, design, architecture, lighting, or similar) is preferred; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Familiarity with or knowledge of decoration, interior design, or lighting is desirable; * Strong negotiation, organizational, and results-oriented skills; * Professional demeanor, discretion, and accountability; * Proficiency in online customer service (WhatsApp, chat, social media, and e-commerce); **Preferred Location:** Candidates residing in the neighborhoods of **Passo Manso, Velha, Velha Grande, Badenfort, Água Verde** are preferred. **We Offer** * Salary + commission * Transportation allowance * On-site meal benefit * Health and dental insurance * Pharmacy, university, and optical store discounts * Daycare assistance for mothers * Life insurance * Gympass * Attendance bonus * Opportunities for internal career growth * A dynamic and challenging work environment **Address:** R.
