We thrive on challenges and seek people to build careers and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in the quotation and negotiation process for raw materials; Issue purchase orders for headquarters and branches; Finalize purchase orders and send them to suppliers upon executive board approval; Track purchase order deliveries (follow-up); Perform various system registrations (materials, products, suppliers, etc.); Participate in supplier communications; Assist in sourcing new materials from the market; Verify invoices against purchase orders; Assist in purchasing materials and contracting services for headquarters and branches; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; Basic knowledge of procurement and negotiation; Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with the Sisplan operating system; Experience in the textile industry. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy benefits, meal allowance, health insurance, and life insurance.
