Job Summary: Operates and adjusts medium- and high-complexity machines, pursuing continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in equipment maintenance and preservation Perform machine operation activities, verifying work orders (OS) and ensuring tasks to be executed—through loading and unloading of raw materials and products—adjusting and calibrating medium- and high-complexity production equipment according to technical specifications, using appropriate tools and instruments, as well as assisting in identifying potential delays and deviations in processes to meet established targets; Execute manufacturing processes strictly following instructions received from the area supervisor, while also supporting production activities of Machine Operators I, providing assistance whenever necessary; Seek continuous improvement in production processes, facilities, and manufacturing procedures by identifying opportunities, formulating and disseminating suggestions aimed at enhancing safety and increasing productivity; Carry out low- and medium-complexity tasks assigned by immediate supervisors, considering product quantities, varieties, and characteristics, as well as machine and equipment conditions during each shift change, sharing general information and guidance with other operators; Ensure proper use of manufacturing facilities and equipment, assisting in requesting maintenance services, as well as supporting visual inspection and cleaning of equipment and production lines at each product change and/or shift change; Record information on manufactured products in appropriate forms at each process stage, completing reports as thoroughly as possible; Maintain production line equipment by using specific cleaning agents for machines and equipment at each product change and/or shift change; Handle material and product movement within manufacturing stages between equipment, verifying operational requirements and qualifications; Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, and preserve tools and equipment—keeping them orderly and clean for reuse when needed—in compliance with applicable standards and procedures; Actively participate in quality improvement programs for products, services, and the environment; comply with internal regulations and occupational safety rules, and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing assigned duties; Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor.
