Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Engineer to prevent incidents, promote health and safety, and develop a safe and healthy work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to the continuous improvement of safety processes We seek an Occupational Safety Engineer with a proactive focus on prevention, health promotion, and employee safety, working collaboratively across institutional departments and supporting the development of a safe, healthy, and legally compliant work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support and guidance to departments and employees on occupational safety and hygiene matters; * Carry out SESMT, PCMAT, PPRA/PGR activities and support PCMSO in coordination with the Occupational Medicine department; * Plan, monitor, and guide safety inspections, identifying risks and proposing preventive and corrective measures; * Plan and deliver onboarding, periodic, and refresher training on occupational safety; * Develop educational campaigns and awareness-raising initiatives to prevent occupational accidents and diseases; * Identify and analyze unhealthy working conditions, monitoring factors such as noise and lighting; * Supervise training for Fire Brigades, CIPA members, and other employees involved in safety activities; * Prepare reports, technical assessments, and documents required by regulatory agencies, accompanying inspections when necessary; * Support management through Occupational Health and Safety indicators, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes; * Fulfill other responsibilities inherent to the role, as required by institutional needs and leadership directives. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; * Postgraduate specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering is desirable; * Active registration with CREA; * Availability for on-site work in Blumenau, Santa Catarina. **Inclusion and Diversity:** All positions, regardless of role or level, are open to all candidates who meet the advertised profile.
