If you possess attention to detail, critical analytical ability, and a constant pursuit of organization and accuracy, this is the ideal opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and present indicator results; * Identify indicators where variations occurred relative to historical performance and established benchmarks, reporting possible causes of such variations; * Identify corrective actions to align indicators; * Monitor implementation of corrective actions with departments across the cooperative; * Guide department managers on criteria for calculating results; * Analyze income statements (DRE) and account variances; * Monitor budgets, analyze reports, and enforce budget compliance; * Assist in preparing, approving, and disseminating the annual budget; * Develop norms and procedures related to budgetary controls; * Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal or legal regulations; * Conduct internal training (legislative updates, process improvements, and regulatory norms); * Request and perform accounting provisions and adjustments; * Manage third-party and banking contracts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); * Basic knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Advanced proficiency in electronic spreadsheets. **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher (VR) * Transportation Voucher (VT) * Food Allowance (VA) * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Zenclub * TotalPass * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:22 PM to 6:00 PM At our cooperative, people are the true engine of our growth.
