Categorize and assign disposition for returned products Our client is an e-commerce company with strong presence on marketplaces and seeks a professional to serve as a Shipping Analyst to manage and control the returns and reverse logistics process across marketplaces, ensuring prompt handling, accurate product disposition, inventory accuracy, and reduction of operational losses. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and manage marketplace returns (exchanges, buyer remorse, defects, and damages); Analyze return reasons and validate order information; Track deadlines and ensure compliance with platform rules; Open support tickets and assist in mediation processes when necessary; Receive, inspect, and conduct testing on returned products; **Categorize products by condition:** new, minor damage, or severe damage; **Determine item disposition:** restock, return to supplier, or disposal; Update inventory according to the condition of returned products; Record returns, movements, and statuses in systems and spreadsheets; Ensure traceability and organization of the returns workflow; Monitor KPIs (return rate, reasons, and financial losses); Identify recurring causes and support operational improvements; Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Marketplace teams. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields Prior experience in inventory, shipping, or logistics Experience with operational routines and process control Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) and management systems Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and handle high-volume workloads Analytical mindset and sense of urgency Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Willingness to perform operational tasks (inspection and handling of products) Experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu, TikTok Shop) is a plus; Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes; Experience in e-commerce reverse logistics. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break) **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Nações **City:** Balneário Camboriú **State:** \- Santa Catarina
