Knowledge multiplier through mentoring and training. We are seeking a **Technical Specialist** to join our **Software Development Center of Excellence (CoE)**. This role is strategic in elevating technical standards, ensuring continuous code quality, supporting **Clean Code, automated testing, DevOps, and CI/CD**, and fostering adoption of **efficiency and quality metrics**. The professional will serve as a technical reference, supporting cross-functional teams across various Benner products, acting as guardian of sound development practices and partner to Product Owners, Tech Leads, and quality teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define, disseminate, and ensure application of **development standards (Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns)** in C#/.NET projects; * Support creation and evolution of **automated testing frameworks** (unit, integration, acceptance, performance, and security); * Implement and optimize **CI/CD pipelines**, ensuring automation of builds, tests, and deployments; * Conduct **code reviews and feature reviews** to elevate code quality and reduce technical debt; * Monitor and communicate **technical and flow metrics** (SonarQube, Flow Efficiency, rework, test coverage); * Collaborate with product, maintenance, and infrastructure teams to strengthen **DevOps culture** and delivery predictability; * Act as a knowledge multiplier through **mentoring, training, and quality practices** (dedicated time for continuous improvement). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a **Senior Developer, Technical Specialist, or Software Engineer**; * Proficiency in **C#/.NET** and sound software engineering practices; * Solid knowledge of **automated testing** (NUnit, xUnit, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar); * Experience with **DevOps, CI/CD** (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalents); * Hands-on experience with **code quality tools** (SonarQube, Code Analysis, etc.); * Ability to analyze metrics and propose technical and process improvements; * Collaborative profile, clear communication skills, and focus on disseminating best practices. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with **multiple test types** (functional, performance, security, mutation, generative); * Experience in **high-volume environments and complex systems**; * Knowledge of **clean architecture, microservices, and legacy system refactoring**; * Experience in **multi-tenant environments and complex integrations**. **Additional Information** * Meal and food allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Breakfast provided daily; * Free parking; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Corporate university; * Certification incentives (additional bonus); * Allowances: education, marriage, childcare, maternity/paternity; * TotalPass; * Maternity/paternity bonus: hospital discharge kit for the baby; * Fresh fruit three times per week; * Trust convenience store; * Hybrid work model; * Partnership with Prisma Psychology: exclusive value for psychotherapy sessions for employees and dependents; * Profit-sharing program (PPR).
