The Construction Laborer’s mission is to support execution teams (masons, carpenters, and foremen) in preparing materials, organizing the construction site, and providing logistical support, ensuring that work fronts are always ready for production according to the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Prepare the construction site and work fronts, ensuring organization and cleanliness. * Transport materials, tools, and equipment to usage areas. * Assist in preparing mortars, plasters, and other supplies required by the technical team. * Support loading and unloading of construction materials and supplies. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of company tools and machinery. * Strictly comply with occupational safety standards (use of PPE) and quality procedures. * Actively participate in sustainability programs, correctly segregating construction waste. * Assist in performing simple construction tasks under supervision of skilled workers or site foreman. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed or ongoing elementary education. * Physical fitness for operational activities. * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. * Willingness to learn and grow within the civil construction field.
