The environment is highly technical, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and software quality, where engineering plays a central role in decision-making and solution evolution. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing and evolving web applications following software engineering best practices; * Implementing and integrating REST APIs within a microservices architecture; * Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams; * Actively participating in the team’s agile ceremonies; * Conducting code reviews to ensure quality, readability, and maintainability; * Writing and maintaining automated tests; * Supporting incident analysis and investigation in production environments; * Contributing to the development of scalable and sustainable solutions; * Proactively identifying technical and process improvements. **What you need to have:** * Experience with **Java 17\+** and **Spring Framework**; * Hands-on experience developing **REST microservices**; * Solid knowledge of **Git**; * Experience with **relational databases**, and familiarity with **non-relational databases**; * Experience working in agile teams using **Scrum or Kanban**; * Experience with **cloud platforms**, preferably **AWS**; * Knowledge of **Docker**, and familiarity with **Kubernetes**; * Experience with **unit testing** (JUnit, Mockito); * Knowledge of **CI/CD**; * Understanding of **observability** (logs, metrics, monitoring).
