We are looking for an **SDR (Sales Development Representative)** to prospect and qualify companies, acting as the entry point for our sales team. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Actively prospect new PJ clients (companies); * Make initial contact with leads via remote channels (phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, social media); * Qualify leads by understanding the client's profile and needs; * Maintain and nurture relationships with potential clients; * Provide consultative customer service focused on excellence; * Schedule meetings and opportunities for the sales team; * Support the sale of financial products; * Monitor the economic scenario and market trends; * Update information in the CRM and organize the sales pipeline. ### **✅ Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (exact or humanities fields); * Prior experience in customer service; * Experience in commercial, sales, or prospecting roles; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Comfort working with goals and performance metrics. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as an SDR, pre\-sales, or inside sales representative; * Knowledge of the financial market; * ANCORD, CPA\-10, or CPA\-20 certification; * Experience with CRM systems and prospecting tools. ### **What We Offer** * Training to work as a PJ Business Agent; * Professional development in the financial market; * A collaborative, human-centered environment with growth opportunities; * A market-competitive compensation model \+ performance-based variable pay.
