About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards—following production schedules and protocols—as well as serving and selling to customers, offering products and clarifying doubts in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver items to customers; Contribute to the production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items—adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established targets; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring correct pricing in line with predefined rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer relationship management; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities following production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices, performing daily checks, and removing items with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts, controls, and stocktaking activities; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by implementing daily hygiene procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist with related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Up-to-date vaccination record **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Rua Dr. Pedro Zimmermann, 7155, Itoupava Central – Blumenau, SC **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (1-hour break) Sunday Work Allowance **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Stores Shopping Discount Program Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Cafeteria with snacks/coffee Disciplinary Evaluation Professional Advancement
