




About Us GTOP is comprised of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers—offering products and clarifying doubts in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and established standards and goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display, as well as providing personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and established standards and goals; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking product display counters and ensuring correct pricing according to pre-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and customer relationship management; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities in line with schedules, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices, performing daily checks, and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or lacking identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by adhering to daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance whenever necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary school Up-to-date vaccination record **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Dr Pedro Zimmermann, 7155, Itoupava Central – Blumenau, SC **Working hours:** 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM (1-hour break) Compensation for Sundays worked **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Store Shopping Discount Program Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Cafeteria with snacks/coffee Professional Development
