Implement Q\&OpEx priority plans and targets in cooperation with operational area teams, monitoring plan execution progress and supporting corrective actions when target deviations occur. Contribute to improving manufacturing/production processes as well as administrative processes within the business area: * Conduct process mapping in business areas to establish standardized processes and identify improvement opportunities; * Promote the implementation of quality methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, among others); * Support business areas in developing and reviewing, disseminating, and training on standards, procedures, and work instructions; * Promote maintenance of operational processes in compliance with quality standards, policies, and guidelines; * Support root cause investigations and development of action plans to address non-conformities identified during production process inspections, collaborating with responsible areas to drive and ensure implementation of solutions. Perform physical, chemical, and electrical test reports. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. * Intermediate English proficiency required; advanced level preferred. * Intermediate Spanish proficiency preferred. * Availability for 100% on-site work. **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
