**Main Responsibilities:** * Control the entry and exit of people, identifying visitors and service providers; * Receive and forward correspondence, packages, and messages; * Monitor security cameras; * Ensure the safety of the premises, reporting any irregularities; * Assist and guide residents, customers, or visitors; * Record incidents in the control logbook or system; * Authorize or deny access according to established regulations; * Keep the reception area organized and clean; * Activate emergency services when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Experience in the role (preferred); * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Basic knowledge of asset security; * Basic computer literacy. * Shift schedule: 12 hours on, 36 hours off Salary: R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
