Responsibilities Responsible for implementing 8Quali with customers remotely; Pursue continuous improvement in the post-sales process; Interact with customers to deliver excellent service; Continuously maintain and evaluate implementation processes, proposing improvements when identified; Strategically manage customers to keep them satisfied with the products and services provided by 8Quali; Ensure that issues with 8Quali services identified by customers receive appropriate internal handling.
