Requirements: You will be a key player in the company's internal operations, ensuring that administrative and operational processes run efficiently. **Your main responsibilities include:** Document organization and internal information management Internal support and assistance with administrative requests, plus support to the sales department Updating control systems and spreadsheets Liaising with suppliers and partners Preparing commercial proposals for clients Entering and tracking orders at Microsoft distributors **What we seek in you:** Dynamism: someone who adapts quickly and enjoys learning Genuine interest in understanding processes and proposing improvements Proactivity: doesn’t wait to be asked—arrives with solutions Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Organizational skills and attention to detail **Requirements:** Completed high school **(pursuing higher education is a plus)** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) **Prior experience in administrative routines is highly valued** Benefits **What we offer:** A relaxed, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth Meal allowance of R$28.00 per business day Unimed health insurance Transportation allowance: **Optional**. 6% salary deduction, per legislation.
