Job Summary: We are seeking an Encapsulator to perform a dynamic and challenging role, responsible for preparing molds and coils, performing oxy-acetylene welding, and organizing the work area with emphasis on safety and quality. Focus on quality and workplace safety We are looking for an **Encapsulator** to perform a dynamic and challenging role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sorting and preparing molds for encapsulation, preparing coils according to project specifications, connecting coils, performing oxy-acetylene welding, organizing the work area, and ensuring all activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations as defined by the Quality Management System (QMS). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in this role or similar activities (preferred but not mandatory). * Welding skills (preferred). * Ability to perform tasks dynamically and handle load movement. * Commitment to quality and safety standards. * Familiarity with the Quality Management System (QMS) is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Sort and prepare molds for encapsulation. * Prepare coils inside the internal mold according to project specifications. * Connect coils. * Perform oxy-acetylene welding. * Demold coils. * Organize the work area safely and efficiently. * Perform tasks in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Meet QMS requirements. **We Offer:** * Salary: R$2.215,50; subject to adjustment after 3 months; * Benefits: On-site meals, shuttle service, medical assistance, dental assistance, life insurance, and attendance bonus of R$291,33. **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st Shift, 04:00 – 13:39, with 1-hour break** Job Type: Temporary Compensation: R$2.215,50 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work on both 1st and 2nd shifts?
