CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES AND/OR REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and SIENGE system * **SIENGE (Market Leader)**: The most widely used software by construction companies in Brazil. It is specifically designed for the construction project lifecycle, integrating functions from initial budgeting through to contract closing and progress billing. * **Profile:** Dynamic, organized, with critical thinking and logical reasoning skills Main Responsibilities * **Supply Management**: Prepare budgets and purchase construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, finishes) and administrative supplies. * **Service Procurement**: Prepare budgets and contract subcontractors and technical service providers. * **Market Analysis**: Monitor pricing and identify new suppliers to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratio. * **Financial Control**: Record invoices and bank slips, prepare cost reports, and monitor departmental payment flows. * **Technical Site Visits**: Conduct on-site visits to verify delivery and quality of purchased materials.
