Job Summary: Responsible for tooling and fixture maintenance and fabrication, analyzing projects and jointly suggesting improvements with engineering. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with engineering for adjustments This position oversees tooling maintenance, performing repair procedures based on a predefined checklist, and fabricates tooling and fixtures by analyzing drawings and/or projects to suggest improvements and implement adjustments in collaboration with Foundry Tooling Design Engineering, aiming to enhance product quality and meet customer requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform tooling maintenance, executing repair procedures according to a predefined checklist to ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements; * Fabricate tooling and fixtures, analyzing drawings and/or projects to suggest improvements and implement adjustments in collaboration with Foundry Tooling Design Engineering, supporting production needs and contributing to product enhancements; * Fabricate gating and feeding systems, verifying drawings against dimensions using specialized measuring equipment to ensure product improvements; * Conduct tooling measurements using specific manual measuring instruments to confirm that modification dimensions comply with the checklist, report process completion, and close out the system upon finishing each process, as stipulated in the checklist; * Comply with safety regulations inherent to the position and organization; * Adhere to standards of organization and cleanliness. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Preferred: Course in Drawing Interpretation and Reading * Preferred: Metrology course **Additional Information** **Benefits offered:** On-site cafeteria (**BRL 2.61 per meal**) Group life insurance UNIMED Health Plan (Company covers 100% of the monthly premium for the employee after a 3-month probation period) On-site clinic and occupational physician Free parking for bicycles, motorcycles, and cars Pharmacy partnerships PPR – Profit Sharing Program (paid **twice per year**) Transportation allowance Leisure area and kiosk Altona Library "Conta Comigo" Program (financial counseling, psychological support, legal guidance, nutritional consultation, social assistance) AACA – Altona Athletic and Cultural Association (sports gymnasium, soccer fields, beach volleyball courts) **And more:** Internal growth opportunities Long-service recognition award Internal events and celebrations Scholarship program (per current internal policy) Electro Aço Altona S.A. was founded on March 8, 1924, as a small foundry and mechanical repair workshop.
