Here, every project is an opportunity to make history. **What you will experience daily:** * Serve as the technical protagonist in automation and robotics projects, working directly at our Head Office and Branch locations. * Develop and program logic in PLCs (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell/Allen\-Bradley, WEG, Altus). * Lead the integration of industrial robots (Kuka, ABB, Fanuc or similar) into our production lines. * Create retrofitting solutions to modernize machinery and improve productivity, safety, and efficiency. * Develop interfaces for HMIs and supervisory systems (SCADA), including dashboards that translate data into decisions. * Define hardware and software standards, structuring industrial networks such as Profinet and Ethernet/IP. **Technical Profile We Seek:** * Completed technical education in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrotechnics; or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Demonstrable hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial robot integration. * Solid knowledge of servo motors, frequency inverters, and supervisory systems. * Valid NR10 certification. * Preferred qualifications: pursuing an engineering degree, experience with SCADA (Elipse, WinCC, Indusoft), NR12 certification, and foundational knowledge of SQL applied to Industry 4\.0\. **Behavioral Profile That Inspires Us:** * Someone passionate about technology, breathing innovation and eager to create. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented. * Strategic vision and curiosity to explore the Industry 4\.0\ landscape. * Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative spirit. * Desire to grow alongside Altenburg, building solutions from scratch and leaving a lasting legacy.
