Your responsibilities here: * Support the implementation and execution of Compliance processes. * Participate in developing and updating corporate policies. * Conduct third-party Due Diligence and support integrity training programs. * Integrate internal departments to ensure alignment and compliance. * Support internal and external audits. * Monitor the risk matrix and assist with document management. Technical Profile We Seek: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting Sciences, Process Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Knowledge of applicable legislation, such as the Anti-Corruption Law and textile industry regulatory standards. * Experience developing internal regulations and using Compliance monitoring tools is a plus.
