Description

The professional will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the **Quality** department, ensuring compliance with company **standards, regulations, and internal policies**. Will handle **customer service** regarding the submission and control of **technical and legal documentation** (certificates, licenses, and reports), ensuring traceability and conformity with **regulatory and contractual requirements**. Will support the department in **managing records, reports, and certificates** required by **ISO standards** and regulatory authorities, as well as preparing **spreadsheets, opinions, and control reports**. Will participate in **internal and external audits**, assisting in the preparation of evidence, reports, and action plans, as well as in the **registration and updating of licenses and documents with regulatory agencies**, maintaining the document database in compliance.
