Keep the CRM updated and record contacts Main Responsibilities: * Contact new leads promptly. * Convert interested prospects into scheduled appointments. * Conduct daily follow-up with patients who have not yet scheduled appointments. * Confirm appointments. * Reschedule no-show patients. * Accurately populate the CRM. * Record all outreach attempts. * Work towards achieving scheduling and attendance targets.
