Identify and resolve issues, performing basic analyses. Log and track support interactions in the system. Support technical issue resolution. Interact with product and technology teams when necessary. Contribute to process improvements and enhanced customer experience. Previous roles such as Support Analyst, Technical Support Assistant, Customer Service Technician, or Support Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
