This role operates during the final phase of boat construction, ensuring all accessories are correctly secured and systems installed per technical drawings. Essential Requirements: * Knowledge of hand and power tools used in the assembly process; * Attention to detail, organization, and precision; * Ability to work in a team and follow safety regulations; * Commitment to quality and adherence to production deadlines. Desirable Requirements: * Experience assembling accessories on fiberglass vessels or similar roles; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow specific assembly instructions; * Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems applied to vessels; * Attention to detail to ensure accessories are installed precisely and safely.
