Commitment to quality and production deadlines Job Description: Responsible for installing and assembling various components and accessories required for the finishing and functionality of vessels. This role operates during the final phase of boat construction, ensuring all accessories are correctly secured and systems installed per technical drawings. Essential Requirements: * Knowledge of hand and power tools used in the assembly process; * Attention to detail, organization, and precision; * Ability to work in a team and follow safety regulations; * Commitment to quality and adherence to production deadlines. Desirable Requirements: * Experience assembling accessories on fiberglass vessels or similar roles; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow specific assembly instructions; * Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems applied to vessels; * Attention to detail to ensure accessories are installed precisely and safely.
