Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for conducting quotations, negotiations, and order closing with suppliers; managing purchase orders; and identifying new suppliers. Identify and qualify new suppliers OFFICE-BASED POSITION CITY: BLUMENAU NEIGHBORHOOD: ESCOLA AGRICOLA Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and order closing with suppliers. * Perform proposal analysis, price comparisons, and commercial terms evaluation. * Manage purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and supplier follow-up. * Identify and qualify new suppliers, maintaining an up-to-date supplier database. * Monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, on-time delivery, quality, SLA). * Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and priorities. * Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and policies. Requirements: * Proven experience in procurement * Experience in import processes * Experience in proposal equalization * Strong negotiation skills * Experience in developing new suppliers * Knowledge of logistics and delivery deadline tracking * Experience in quotations, purchase orders, and documentary/fiscal verification Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
