Job Summary: The Kitchen Chef will be responsible for preparing dishes, designing menus, managing the kitchen, handling and seasoning food, and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions. We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Prepare dishes. Participate in menu planning and select required ingredients, meeting requirements and ensuring quality standards. Ensure compliance with technical specifications. Manage the kitchen to minimize waste. Handle and season food. Check product storage conditions and expiration dates, paying attention to label changes and other sanitary surveillance requirements. Submit purchase requests. Maintain a clean and organized environment. Enter refrigerated and frozen chambers briefly multiple times per day. Perform other duties relevant to the position. Previous experience as Head Cook, Partie Chef, Sous Chef, or Executive Cook may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role.
