Job Summary:
Professional required to perform material inspection, manufacturing and assembly of metallurgical parts, welding, and assistance in equipment installation and testing.

**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct material verification for the upcoming two-week metallurgical production cycle.
* Identify and report missing materials to the supervisor prior to the start of metallurgical production.
* Interpret engineering drawings and perform fabrication of parts involving MIG/MAG/TIG and shielded metal arc welding processes.
* Assist in structural assembly of systems according to execution drawings.
* Assist in bonding hydraulic components required for system assembly.
* Assist in electrical installation of systems, strictly adhering to specifications provided in the kits.
* Assist in equipment testing, performing necessary adjustments and parameter configurations to ensure proper system operation.
* Assist in packaging equipment per established standards to prevent damage during transportation.
* Perform painting procedures on reels, structures, motor pumps, and other components.
* Perform chemical cleaning procedures on stainless steel parts.
* Assist in developing boiler-making procedures and propose improvements to the department head.
* Report tool maintenance requirements and develop replacement plans when tools are in poor working condition.
* Monitor and validate item replacement within production orders.
* Maintain tools and the metallurgical production area clean and organized.
**Education/Qualifications:**
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical or vocational program in welding, mechanical engineering, or electromechanical engineering.
Specialization in boiler-making is an advantage.
**Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in assembly and MIG/MAG/TIG welding processes on carbon steel and stainless steel. General tool handling skills. Intermediate knowledge of assembly.
**Professional Experience:**
Experience as a welder using MIG/MAG/TIG processes. Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings. Prior work in boiler-making departments of metallurgical plants or shipyards.
