Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and monitoring the customer portfolio, working to reduce delinquency and negotiate payment terms. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for managing the customer portfolio and monitoring receivables. 2. Conducts active and preventive collections to reduce delinquency. 3. Negotiates payment terms, conditions, and monitors financial blocks. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:37 AM to 5:25 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Neighborhood:** Salto Weissbach **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the customer portfolio, tracking receivables and due dates. * Conduct active and preventive collections with customers (by phone, email, and other channels) to reduce delinquency. * Analyze financial pending items, identify causes of delays, and propose appropriate solutions aligned with both customer circumstances and business needs. * Negotiate payment terms, conditions, agreements, and renegotiations in accordance with company internal policies. * Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Billing departments to align information and release orders. * Monitor financial blocks and flag potential delinquency risks. * Prepare delinquency reports, aging lists, and collection performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with credit and collection policies, as well as internal and legal regulations. **Requirements to Apply:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in collections activities. **What the Company Offers:** * On-site cafeteria with R$2.53 discount per meal; * Transportation allowance; * On-site parking; * Life insurance; * Health plan (Unimed or Clinipam) with employee contribution; * Dental plan (Uniodonto or Sesiodonto) with co-payment; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions, Optical Stores, and Pharmacies; * Gogood; * Weekly market.
