Perform daily verification and reconciliation of paid invoices, ensuring consistency between system and bank records. Record financial documents. Conduct accounting reconciliation of payments and system integrations with accounts receivable. Previous experience as Accounts Payable Assistant, Accounts Payable Coordinator, Financial Analyst, or Payments Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
