Job Summary: This position is responsible for studying, implementing, and analyzing systems to support business areas, ensuring the updating and performance of the company’s solutions. Coordination and implementation of computerized system projects The role’s mission is to study and implement systems in accordance with business rules, as well as analyze the performance of deployed systems, delivering a system architecture capable of supporting business areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide advanced support in resolving high-priority issues; conduct analysis and resolution of more complex problems. * Research and analyze new technologies, identify suppliers, request product demonstrations, and evaluate solution functionality to keep the company’s systems and applications up to date. * Analyze development requests submitted via incident tickets or derived from the IT roadmap, detailing scope and understanding of business needs. * Coordinate, develop, and implement computerized system projects, sizing system requirements and functionality, assisting in specifying system architecture, selecting development tools, specifying programs, and coding applications. * Conduct internal audits and monitor system and application performance, identifying and correcting failures and executing improvement procedures. * Define and document processes, user guides, business rules, and other system characteristics. * Train users on tools used by Altona. * Perform system testing and validation, developing integrated tests when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Genexus. * BPMN – Process modeling. * Five years of experience as a systems analyst. **Additional Information** **Benefits offered:** Company cafeteria (**R$ 2.61 per meal**) Group life insurance UNIMED Health Plan (Company covers 100% of the monthly premium for the employee after a 3-month probation period) On-site clinic and occupational physician Free parking for bicycles, motorcycles, and cars Pharmacy discount program PPR – Profit Sharing Program (paid **twice per year**) Transportation allowance Leisure area and kiosk Altona Library “Conta Comigo” Program (financial counseling, psychological support, legal guidance, nutritional consultation, social assistance) AACA – Altona Athletic and Cultural Association (sports gymnasium, soccer fields, and beach volleyball courts) **And more:** Internal growth opportunities Long-service recognition award Internal events and celebrations Scholarship program (per current internal policy) **Working Hours:** * General – Monday to Friday, from 7:12 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Electro Aço Altona S.A. was founded on March 8, 1924, as a small foundry and mechanical repair workshop. Initially named Auerbach & Werner, it was formed by combining the names of its German-origin owners: engineer Paul Werner and blacksmith Ernst Auerbach. The company grew and incorporated steel into its production line, changing its name to Electro Aço Altona in 1933. Thus, Santa Catarina’s first steel foundry—and one of Brazil’s earliest—was born.
