Your role will strongly focus on **defining technical standards**, designing **robust architectures**, building **reusable components**, and providing technical support to various squads building solutions on top of the platform. This is a position with **high impact**, close involvement in architectural decisions, and genuine space to influence the tool’s technical evolution—balancing delivery speed, quality, and long-term solution sustainability. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Defining and evolving technical standards for modeling and developing solutions on Low Code platforms; * Designing architectures for complex workflows, integrations, and orchestrations between internal and external systems; * Developing advanced extensions, reusable components, and platform customizations—ensuring scalability and governance; * Working directly in the core of the Low Code tool whenever required, supporting bug fixes, structural improvements, and technical evolution; * Identifying performance bottlenecks, technical risks, and structural debt—and proposing sustainable solutions; * Supporting strategic technical decisions by contributing systemic and architectural insights; * Serving as a technical reference for internal and external teams using the platform—promoting best practices and standardization. **What you need to have:** * Practical experience with **Low Code platforms**, whether internal or commercial, applied in medium-to-high complexity scenarios; * Proficiency in consuming, exposing, and integrating **REST APIs**, ensuring efficient and secure inter-system communication; * Solid knowledge of **SQL**, including data flow analysis, optimization, and support for critical data processes; * Ability to read, debug, and refactor **legacy code**, with emphasis on quality, maintainability, and continuous evolution; * **Strong systemic vision**, understanding technical, architectural, and business impacts of developed solutions. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Advanced experience with **Java 17+** and **Spring Framework**, applied in high-complexity scenarios; * Knowledge of **Kotlin** and **Vert.x**, especially in reactive and event-driven solutions; * Experience with **layered architecture**, **Clean Architecture**, or similar models—applying sound software design practices; * Experience with **messaging**, **events**, or asynchronous architectures—aiming for scalability and resilience.
