### **Job Title** Entry Level Software Developer ### **Job Description** **Junior Programmer** You will be part of an Architecture and Innovation team, responsible for creating, maintaining, and developing the multifunctional features of Tasy EMR to meet the needs of our installed base. **Your Role:** * Contribute to the development, corrections, and improvements of our software; focusing on applying best market practices and delivering high performance and quality; * Participate in the code review process; * Contribute to the preparation and execution of tests; * Create and maintain technical documentation; * Correctly follow quality standards and procedures. **You are the right person if:** * Professional or academic experience with front\-end frameworks. * Demonstrates strong logical reasoning, effectively collaborates in team environments, shows proactive initiative, communicates clearly, and excels in solving complex problems. * Higher education completed or in progress in Computer Science or related field. * Availability to work under a **hybrid model** (3 days onsite/2 days remote) in **Blumenau SC;** **How We Work Together** We believe we make a greater impact when we are together rather than apart. For our office-based team members (semi\-presential), this means working on-site at least three days per week to collaborate and build connections with our team and peer departments. On-site roles require employees to be present daily at company facilities.
