A textile manufacturing company is hiring a Pattern Maker in Blumenau (Badenfurt). Cotton Star is a company specialized in the production and marketing of cotton textile products. Focused on quality and sustainability, it offers a wide range of items for the fashion and home décor markets. **What will you do in this role?:** Develop part patterns according to technical specifications and product requirements. Perform adjustments and corrections to patterns based on fit and production tests. Oversee pilot production and approve parts for mass production. Maintain organization of physical and digital pattern files and archives. Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality and technical feasibility.
