What we expect from you:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
* Minimum 6 years of experience in vertical residential construction, including the economy model;
* \+2 years of experience managing and coordinating teams;
* Demonstrated experience leading multiple consecutive projects, preferably from inception through key handover;
* Experience managing schedules, budgets, teams, and suppliers;
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting project documents;
Leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

* Specialization or postgraduate degree related to the field of expertise;
* Experience with Prevision and Sienge;
* Coordinate, guide, and ensure execution of projects under your management from start to finish, supervising engineering teams, contractors, and third parties to achieve defined project outcomes: schedule, budget, quality, and safety;
* Serve as the technical responsible for the project during its phase, ensuring that schedule, cash flow, budget, and KPIs remain under control and that company processes are followed;
* Ensure application of Scire procedures (quality, safety, environment, financing agent regulations), and confirm compliance of all documentation, licenses, and regulatory requirements;
* Structure and develop the construction team: train, guide, evaluate performance, develop training plans, and promote integration among teams and departments;
* Prospect, qualify, and evaluate suppliers and contractors for the site, preparing quotations, comparative analyses, contract controls, performance monitoring, and contractual compliance tracking;
* Establish and maintain cross-departmental integration: executive planning, procurement, projects, budgeting, purchasing, and warehouse management — to ensure smooth information flow and process adherence at the site;
* Identify, monitor, and mitigate on-site risks: schedule deviations, budget overruns, quality issues, safety hazards, or environmental concerns — proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions;
* Present periodic construction progress reports to leadership, propose action plans for deviations, and ensure achievement of established goals within your area of responsibility.
