We are a company of innovative, creative, and diverse people, so we are fully open to welcoming you with all your diversity. ➡️ Love for change; ➡️ Results orientation; ➡️ Proximity; ➡️ Creating fans; ➡️ Objectivity; ➡️ Self-responsibility. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Operating 1:few ABM programs (*200 accounts) and 1:many programs focused on strategic segments for Paytrack; Creating and maintaining account and persona lists, scoring rules, and workflows (triggers* SDR tasks \-> pipeline cadence); * Orchestrate outreach sequences and multichannel campaigns (LinkedIn, Ads, email, webinar, and web personalization); * Produce and adapt campaign pitches for 1:few initiatives (emails, landing pages, “benchmark flash”, prospecting scripts, mini-cases, rich content); * Prepare and run webinars/roundtables with vertical specialists and customers; Build weekly dashboards (coverage, engagement, meetings/SQLs, influenced pipeline) and suggest next tests. * Support SDR/AE enablement for ABM plays. * Manage data and compliance. * Report directly to the Growth Manager and collaborate in pods with Vertical Specialists, SDRs, AEs, RevOps, Content/Design, and Media teams. ✔️ What you need to have? 3–5 years in B2B (preferably SaaS/tech), including at least 1 year in ABM/Demand Gen focused on accounts * Proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing/CRM/Ops): Target Accounts, Workflows, Sequences, dynamic lists, and reports; * Experience operating LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Matched/Conversation Ads) and solid understanding of UTMs/attribution; * Strong, clear, and direct writing skills; ability to adapt messaging by persona/vertical; * Comfort working with data (Sheets/Excel) and funnel/commercial metrics. ✔️ Nice to have * Hubspot / Analytics / LinkedIn Ads / Power BI. * Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Protheus, Senior) and/or T&E/FinOps markets; * English proficiency for reading and meetings.
