Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Administrator to manage two parking operations, with autonomy in operational and administrative management and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and performance monitoring OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR Location: Itajaí / Praia Brava – SC Compensation: R$ 6\.000,00 We seek a professional to assume administration of two parking operations, with autonomy in managing operational and administrative activities, direct reporting to partners, and responsibility for implementing company guidelines. This is a position of trust, aimed at professionals who wish to assume real management responsibilities, team leadership, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities * Fully administer the operational routine of two parking units; * Coordinate, guide, and monitor the operational team; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards; * Monitor operational, financial, and performance indicators; * Track revenue, monthly subscribers, delinquency, and unit occupancy; * Prepare management reports and provide periodic accountability to partners; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions; * Monitor supplier and service provider contracts related to operations; * Supervise maintenance, preservation, and operation of units; * Participate in recruitment, training, and team management processes; * Represent the company before clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies when necessary; * Ensure proper functioning of operational systems used by the company; * Execute and monitor improvement projects defined by management. Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, Business Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in team, operations, or business unit management; * Knowledge of performance indicators and report preparation; * Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and computer applications.
