Job Summary: An Engineering professional for the civil construction industry, supporting production processes, ensuring reliability of technical and operational information, and driving continuous improvement. Support for product development and updates We are recruiting for an Engineering position to join the team of a company in the civil construction industry, supporting production processes and ensuring the reliability of technical and operational information. The role works closely with Production, PCP, and Commercial departments, focusing on technical data organization, process improvement, and support for product development and updates, ensuring routines are executed accurately and in accordance with quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Review products and update and verify technical specifications in the system * Register and maintain up-to-date product, raw material, and related variable information * Develop and interpret CAD technical drawings to support engineering requirements * Facilitate communication and information flow among Commercial, PCP, and Production departments * Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities * Develop and monitor operational indicators (KPIs) * Conduct time-and-motion studies, productive capacity analysis, and line balancing * Support continuous improvement projects and implementation of new processes and products * Prepare flowcharts, work instructions, and technical documentation * Monitor tests and track process and equipment performance * Ensure product compliance with internal standards and quality requirements * Support PCP with operational analyses and technical assistance * Suggest improvements to work methods, ergonomics, and safety Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (completed or in progress) * Experience in process mapping, time-and-motion studies * Ability to read and prepare technical drawings (CAD) * Experience with Google tools * ERP experience (preferred) * Experience in production process analysis and indicator (KPI) tracking * Knowledge of continuous improvement, factory layout, and line balancing * Proactive, analytical profile with industrial mindset Benefits: * Benefit card (up to BRL 450.00 monthly, covering meals and bonuses) * Commuter allowance (no payroll deduction) * 50% meal subsidy + equipped cafeteria * Pharmacy and optical store partnerships * Life insurance * Attendance and goal achievement bonus * Employee referral bonus * Newborn assistance
