Job Summary: You will work as a Linux Operating System Support Analyst, responsible for system maintenance and updates, performance analysis, and handling requests, incidents, and projects. Working with high-performance and high-availability solutions If you identify with cooperativism, enjoy working with people and embracing their differences, welcome challenges, take initiative, contribute to others' development, and are the protagonist of your life and career, then this is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Work as a Linux Operating System Support Analyst; Be responsible for maintaining and updating operating systems; Performance and capacity analysis; File systems, network services, load balancers, clusters / high availability, and OpenLDAP; Be responsible for maintaining and implementing IT services, collaborating with the technical team to ensure IT resource availability, integrity, capacity, and optimal utilization in accordance with established service-level agreements; Handle requests, resolve incidents and problems, and implement projects; Update technological environments, monitoring performance, accessibility, and security of IT assets—including systems, infrastructure, software/hardware, data centers, and associated information storage. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential:** Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix; Knowledge of Linux operating systems: disk, network, and general configuration management; performance analysis and troubleshooting; Experience with high-performance and high-availability solutions; Knowledge of web stack technologies: Apache, PHP, and load balancers (HA\-PROXY or similar); Availability to work outside regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, for environment maintenance. **Preferred:** Knowledge of microservices environments (containers); Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems; Knowledge of ITIL; Programming and scripting knowledge, e.g., Perl and/or Python; Knowledge of APM tools such as Dynatrace; Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware. **Additional Information** WHAT ELSE DO WE OFFER? * Medical Assistance – it’s good to have when needed * Dental Assistance – because we love smiles here * Renascer Program – one life reborn helps another * Significant Dates Program – we love celebrating what truly matters * Education Investment – we support your learning journey ;) * Profit Sharing – we build together, and celebrate together on Perten\-ser Day! * Individual Development Plan – we value your ownership of your career * Private Pension Plan – we like thinking ahead to future possibilities * Life Insurance – important, right? rs * Time Together Program – we recognize those who love being with us * Meal and/or Food Allowance – delicious! * Transportation Allowance – no deductions?
