Ensure service availability, drive improvements, and guarantee performance of customers’ Linux environments through monitoring incident handling. Create technical articles for the knowledge base. Log all activities in the service desk system. **REQUIREMENTS:** Reside in Blumenau or nearby region, or be willing to relocate. Basic Linux knowledge (troubleshooting, configuration, and script creation/manipulation). Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and firewalls; Apache, DNS, DHCP, Zimbra. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** LPIC-1 certification or currently preparing for it. Courses in infrastructure-related fields.
